Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of billing period by visiting the Billing tab under your user profile link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. It provides a simple no-questions-asked cancellation button.
  2. No Refunds. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund (full or partial), discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
  3. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up period you will not be charged again. There will not be any prorating of unused time in the last billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.
  4. The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
